Deadline for submissions is 19 April, 2013.
For instructions for submission, look at
http://arXiv.org/help.
After successful
submission to arXiv, send an email to
with the subject as "[HPNP13] arXiv:xxxx.yyyy"
(xxxx.yyyy should be
replaced to the arXiv identifier assigned to your paper).
The length of the paper is as follows:
- For long talks: 8-10 pages
- For short talks and poster session: 4-6 pages
