Registration

A lunch box will be served daily except for the excursion day (Thursday, January 14).

In order to be sponsored, we are requested to have each hotel send the local governments
a certified list of guests who have participated in the workshop.
We kindly ask you to provide us your hotel information upon onsite registration.

Please note that abstract submission and registration are different events.

Payment information

Payments can only be made with cash upon onsite registration.
Please note that we can only accept payments in JPY.

  • Registration Fee: 5,000 JPY
  • Workshop Banquet (February 14): 6,000 JPY (optional)
  • Kamioka Tour incl. Lunch Box (February 14): 4,000 JPY (optional)
