University of Toyama gets started on our own research project for the development of global human resource from a viewpoint of locality and Asian. We offer new liberal arts programs beyond borders of academic departments and research fields as well as liberal arts program. Thus, Toyama and we can reflect on global society in which people live together in collaboration beyond borders on the basis of both Asian perspective and locality characterized by the Japan Sea Rim.
