On 13-11 May, We participated 77^th Meeting of JSM.
8 presentations were presented.

On 28-29 May, We participated in 2022 annual spring (142^nd) Meeting of The Japan Institute of Light Metals. It was held online to prevent infection with the COVID-19.　

13 Presentations (including 1 doctor students 10 master’s students) were presented, and in-depth discussion took place on the contents of the presentations during the conference.

On 30th June, We participated in Reiwa 4^th Yukawa Memorial Lecture of ISIJ in HOKURIKU SHINETSU branch.
It was held on ANA crown plaza hotel with Online.
Professor Fukumoto in Fukui University and Professor Kishi in Kanazawa Institute of Technology made presentations.

We participated in the 60^th University of Toyama Materials Research Workshop on 1st July. This workshop celebrated it 30^th years.

On 4-8 September, we participated in ICAA18. It was held on Toyama international conference center and ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel.
12 presentations(including 8 master’s students) were presented, and in-depth discussion took place on the contents of the presentations during the conference.

On 20-23, September, We participated in 2022 annual autumn(171st) meeting of Th Japan Institute of Metals and Materials.
It was held on Fukuoka Institute of Technology.
11 presentations (including 10 master’s students) were presented, and in-depth discussion took place on the contents of the presentations during the conference.

On 26-28, September, We participated in 13th Polish-Japanese joint seminar on Micro and Nano Analysis.
It was held on Ustron, Poland.
3 presentations were presented, and in-depth discussion took place on the contents of the presentations during the conference.

CAMRIC-FORUM8 and special lecture for master students were held.

On 11-13 Nov., We participated in 2022 annual autumn(143rd) meeting of JILM.
12 presentations (including 10 master’s students) were presented, and in-depth discussion took place on the contents of the presentations during the conference.

On 19-20 Nov., As part of the JSPS joint research project, 5 researchers (including 3 doctoral students) from the Czech Academy of Sciences visited our university. We discussed each other's research and plans.
In addition, 1 master student from our laboratory was sent to the Czech Academy of Sciences.

On 21-23 Nov., we participated in 16^th International Conference on the Physical Properties and Application of Advanced Materials(ICPMAT).
9 presentations were presented, and in-depth discussion took place on the contents of the presentations during the conference.

The 62^nd meeting of Japan Copper and Brass Association held on October 14^th-16^th, Kanta Shirakawa and Taichi Nonogaki received the Excellent Studen Award.

On 3^rd December, we participated in JIM Hokuriku shinetsu Branch/ ISIJ Hokuriku Shinetsu Branch 2022 annual joint meeting.

On 7-10, March, We participated in 2023 annual spring(172^nd) meeting of The Japan Institute of Metals and Materials.
It was held on University of Tokyo. 9 presentations were presented, and in-depth discussion took place on the contents of the presentations during the conference.

1 student (Yusuke Sekiguchi) of our laboratory was received the Star of Hope Award in Reiwa 4^th from the Japan Institute of Light Metals.

On 1 April, 8 bachelor 4th students were assigned.
Welcome to Matsuda laboratory.

From this year, 2 international students has been added to the doctoral and master’s course.

On 6 August, Open Campus 2022, University of Toyama were held. We opened our laboratory and many high school students come.

On 12 Nov., Yumedaigaku ~Monozukuri festival~ was held.
We held an event for elementary school students and opened our laboratory.
