Workshop Fee
- Registration Fee: 25,000 JPY
The registration fee covers the workshop banquet and costs for the
excursion
as well as daily lunch.
Additional ticket for accompanying person
- Workshop Banquet (14th February): 5,000 JPY/person
- Excursion to Kamioka or Gokayama (13th February): 3,000 JPY/person
Payment Information
1. For those who hold a bank account in Japan
Please transfer the total amount of your workshop fee to the HPNP2015 account at the Japan Post Bank （ゆうちょ銀行） given below by the registration deadline (11th December 2014):

2. For those who do NOT hold a bank account in Japan
Payments can be made with cash upon on-site registration.
Please note that we can only accept payments in JPY.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before 5th January 2015,
80% of the amount of your workshop fee will be refunded.
For later cancellations, no refunds can be made .
